Comparison of Denial Rate of Social Security Judges


Are you curious as to how different Social Security Administration Administrative Law Judges compare in their ratio of claims allowed to claims denied. All that information is now available online at the Social Security Administration Web site, ALJ Disposition Data. according to the Social Security Administration, the site contains “A listing of hearings completion data by name of individual administrative law judges (ALJ) for all ALJs in ODAR. The data includes hearing office name, total dispositions, decisions, allowances, denials and fully favorable or partially favorable decisions.”

    Too bad the list is not searchable by city.

    All you have to do is use your computer’s search function — Control-F on a PC, or Command-F on a Mac.
