		<description>I don&#039;t know if this is ill conceived, but it seems to address a real issue in the United States right now. If you talk to foreigners they have this impression that Americans just go around suing people just because they can. In a way these perceptions of America are correct since most cases distort the role of the victim and perpetrator. Think of Mcdonalds and the fat guy, blaming McDonalds for his obesity and actually winning the case... 

Any one with some common sense can see the error in this case (i.e. McDonalds is not responsible for other people&#039;s actions)
