The AP (3/2) reported, "The Supreme Court has turned down American and Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange who wanted to pursue lawsuits against companies that made the toxic chemical defoliant used in the Vietnam War." With no comment, the Supreme Court rejected "appeals in three separate cases, in favor of Dow Chemical, Monsanto and other companies that made Agent Orange and other herbicides used by the military in Vietnam."
From the American Association for Justice news release.

Interested in hard data about Agent Orange use in the US. I have them cold, have used this on VA once but have been afraid to let it out. I scared the political body to death with the first outing. VA did the claim in a couple of hours for huge money to make it all go away quickly. I know where all the rest of the data is and they won’t give it to me, go figure.
No more email I prefer the phone, that isn’t safe either but this needs to get out.
