Breaking my femur and almost killing me, the driver, an employee of the hospital never came to leave his insurance information or see if I was hurt bad or anything 7/8/2008.I actually had to ask a police officer in ER why no one has come with this information. I had to file a hit and run on him to get his allstate insurance info. Medicare paid 9700 dollars to fix me again, my physical therapist I'd been working with would not touch me or work me out. I was mow back in a wheelchair.Allstate offered 25000, my lawyer stated medicare had a lien for 47000 dollar, not 9700 and he'd is waiting to negotiate with them. I do not believe he has done enough for 8300 dollars since I have done all the foot work, basically all I believe all he has done was call Allstate. He is very experienced lawyer with Smith&Hassler but I believe Iam being sold out. Should I set this for a jury trail?
