About This Blog’s Title
The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent almost 40 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. The Mexicotrucker web site is not considered a credible source of information in the trucking industry nor among serious, professional truckers. Please consider other sources on this and other trucking related issues.
First of all, let me thank you for the mention and the link on your website.
And in response to the comment allegedly from OOIDA Media Affairs, I find the comment particularly interesting coming from them since I continue to proof there facts and statistics and opinions, wrong, constantly.
Of course, Mexicotrucker.com is not credible in their eyes since I use irrefutable proof and photos to back up my opinions whereas OOIDA depends on fearmongering half truths to keep its members up in arms.
Considering that I’ve been a guest on the Mike McConnell nationally syndicated talk show where we spent over an hour discussing the Mexican truck issue, and considering OVERDRIVE magazine, the flagship publication of Randall-Riley Publishing, interviewed me and published a sidebar article about me in their November issue, considering that I am regularly asked for my opinion on the Mexican truck issue, and considering that mexicotrucker.com is used as a reference tool by various authors and editors, that establishes my credibility and the credibility of my website.
It is interesting to note, that those opposed to the Mexican program and who cannot produce any evidence to support their position, find it necessary to attack those of us who are presenting fact based arguments. Very strange indeed!
